Founding

As a person with a migration background, I experienced early on how complex and overwhelming the German legal system can be - especially for those who are faced with language barriers and bureaucratic hurdles. These experiences awakened in me the desire not only to become a lawyer, but also to help people who find themselves in similar situations.

The idea of starting my own law firm arose from the belief that legal support must be more than just the application of laws. It must be human, approachable and take into account the individual realities of life. I wanted to create a law firm that not only speaks the language of the law, but also that of the people who need support.

Sirin Cetin studied law at the University of Cologne and successfully passed her second state examination there. After several years as a litigation lawyer, during which she gained valuable experience in legal practice, she decided to take the step into self-employment. At the Cetin law firm, she is passionate about supporting people with a migration background - a mission that is particularly close to her heart, as she herself is of foreign descent. With her specialist knowledge and personal experience, she offers her clients not only legal expertise, but also understanding and empathy in their often challenging situation.

Emily-Dilara Boybay-Grabkowski

Emily, Head of our Legal Department, brings both Polish and Turkish heritage, combining diverse cultural perspectives in her work. With several years of experience as a team leader at an international law firm, she has gained extensive expertise in complex legal matters.

Her focus is on supporting clients in all aspects of immigration law. With dedication and empathy, she guides her clients through the entire process while also looking after our staff.

Candan has many years of experience as an independent customer service representative and is therefore very well suited to the position as our communications manager.
